We received the Horow T16
"We received the Horow T16 smart toilet as a gift last year, and were not sure about it as Horow is a new brand to us. Installation was straight forward and we have been very impressed with the quality and operation of the unit, especially given that other local brands sell for 2x - 4x the price! After installation, we needed to replace a water line, again I wasn't sure how this would go; I called the support line and left a voice mail and to my delight, received a call back that same day. 48 hours later, the replacement line was shipped to my address under warranty. I wish all products had support with follow-through and resolution at this level of excellence. Five stars all the way!"

Such a unique shape which

The T16 is a nice
"The T16 is a nice affordable toilet. After a few months of use the seat stopped heating properly which was frustrating as it was brand new. Horow did send us a new seat within a week of explaining the issue to them."

These smart toilets are excellent
"These smart toilets are excellent and well worth the price! Warm seats, bidet (front and rear), adjustable temperatures and pressures, foot sensor flushing... we've been using it for 3 months now, everything works well and we couldn't be more pleased! We ordered one for each bathroom in our house and had them installed by a professional plumber with no issues. I must also commend Horow for their excellent customer service. One of the toilets arrived broken but customer service responded immediately to our feedback and dispatched a new one quickly."
