"I had ordered (and received) this toilet seat to upgrade my existing Horow toilet seat. My hubby (says he) measured and determined that this model (HWUF-8733) was indeed the correct item. So I ordered it. Well, lo and behold, when we received our new toilet seat (which was sent very quickly, I might add), it was NOT the correct model (go figure!) I immediately reached out to Horow's customer service team, who's quick response and resolution amazed me. Being a manager of a customer success team, I truly appreciate Horow's understanding of this situation and flexibility in the resolution.
