"After doing extensive research and reading many reviews we decided on the Horow. It meets all our expectations and has features such as the night light that the $2,000 Toto does not at 1/2 the cost. Another deciding factor was that their office/warehouse is local to us in Orange County. We've seen nothing but positive customer service reviews as you're dealing direct with the manufacturer and not an outside sales rep. Happy with our choice and I think you will be too!"

"the pressure is not as high as some of the higher end units such as TOTO bidet toilet seat (I've had multiple of these and can confirm the pressure is much lower on this unit) other than that, great unit. The Battery was supposed to be included based on the site descriptions, but it wasn't included (not sure why!) they did send me the battery unit for free which is appreciated but this was not necessary if they had sent it with the original unit."
