"I purchased 2 of the T20 toilets and 1 T16 for my home renovation and so far they've exceeded my expectations! The design is very clean and sleek and makes the bathrooms feel modern. I was initially worried about the flushing strength due to the tankless design but the flush is very strong. All the features (bidet, drier, heated seats, etc.) work well and I love using the remote to activate features and change settings. I reached out to customer service regarding some questions prior to my purchase and they were quick to reply and very helpful. Overall, I'm happy with my decision to purchase these toilets and I feel reassured that customer service will be there to assist me if any problems arise in the future."
